What is Parent Coaching?

A parent is anyone who shares responsibility for raising a child, regardless of marital or biological status. Coaches work with you to co-create your future. I will help you find direction, break free of old patterns, and move forward with intention and purpose. Whether you are raising a child on your own or co-parenting, I can help you get on the same page, deal with change, manage stress, juggle priorities, and take control of your life. My Five Session package is designed to give you time to practice new skills and strategies with ongoing, consistent support.
